The Role: We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to take full operational responsibility for The Villa Wrea Green. In this role, you’ll lead all departments across the hotel, driving exceptional guest experiences while delivering strong commercial performance across rooms, food & beverage, and events. You’ll be a visible and hands-on leader, ensuring the hotel maintains its reputation as a leading countryside destination and wedding venue.
