People & Culture Coordinator | Salish Lodge & Spa This position plays a key role in supporting all administrative functions of the People & Culture department while providing stellar customer service to team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate brings a positive, “yes” mindset, anticipates needs, and takes pride in delivering service that goes above and beyond. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate who can effectively support and engage with our Spanish-speaking team members, helping to create a culture where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and included.
