Design and maintain cloud platform solutions and support technical customers who are developing application-level solutions using ML and AI. Delivering Snowflake and other platform services and features to best support the organizations growing needs through strong collaboration with vendor engineering teams. Maintain a high standard of service level by promptly addressing customer requests with a friendly attitude and delivering quality solutions. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and limitations for the platform team and its customers. Partner with SMAI project teams to optimize solutions, including query tuning and recommending appropriate services for high performance, scalability, and extensibility.
