Position Title: Designer, UX Design Lab (Packaging Design) Duration: 8-month role Pay Rate: $25.85/hr on W2 Location: Clark NJ, 07066 Hybrid What You Will Do: As a Designer within the UX Design Lab, reporting to the Head of UX Design Lab in North America, you will be a key player in shaping the future of packaging, bringing an elevated innovation experience through design: desirability and sensoriality; new usage experiences and functionalities; sustainability and invoking emotions. You'll also collaborate closely with a diverse team of marketing professionals, engineers, product developers, and laboratory experts, both internally and internationally, as well as external suppliers. Your work will directly impact the innovation pipeline, ensuring our packaging is not only aesthetically pleasing but also intelligent, sustainable, and technically feasible.
