Warehouse Specialist (HVAC)

Job description

Description The HVAC Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient, organized, and accurate inventory management and material handling in support of field HVAC operations. This includes ensuring safety compliance, managing inbound and outbound materials, and maintaining high standards of order accuracy and warehouse cleanliness. This position plays a critical role in ensuring field technicians are properly supported with the materials and equipment needed to perform their jobs. Key Responsibilities, Include but may not be limited to: Warehouse Operations - Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory control, staging, and shipping HVAC materials and equipment. - Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of job orders and technician requests. - Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment. Inventory Management: - Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy. - Maintain appropriate stock levels of critical HVAC parts and materials. - Coordinate with Install Manager and/or Install Coordinator to replenish inventory.
