Job description
About the Role: As a Performance Planning & Optimisation Executive, you will be an integral part of our Performance team, reporting directly to the Performance Planning & Optimisation Director. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the quality and innovation of our client accounts. You will support the Director in developing and implementing cutting-edge cross-channel and full-funnel strategies and tactics. This includes assisting in the creation and refinement of internal frameworks and templates and ensuring their effective integration across our Initiative / UM & CS Teams (including Comms Design, Craft, and Analytics) and with external stakeholders. You will excel in cross-channel reporting and insight generation, playing a key role in Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). This position involves attending briefing, strategy, and reporting sessions, where you will consult on critical topics such as cross-channel testing opportunities and full-funnel digital strategies and insights.
