Orange & Rockland is leading the clean energy transition in New York and New Jersey. We are investing millions of dollars annually to provide customers with the tools to better manage their energy use, scale the adoption of energy efficiency and clean heating technologies while targeting customers in disadvantaged communities, and minimizing infrastructure investment with clean energy solutions whenever possible. The Customer Energy Services department is seeking a creative and analytical strategic leader with strong experience in the clean energy transition. The Project Specialist oversees the Companys demand-side management (DSM) initiatives to help ensure system reliability, including design, operations, administration, budgetary, marketing, performance and analysis, reporting, process improvement, customer and stakeholder engagement, and the team responsible for implementing these initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced DSM professionals that will further the Companys clean energy transition, support Climate Leadership & Community Protection Act (CLCPA) legislation, and implement programs that are designed to achieve the Companys clean energy goals...
