Job description

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the fit-out and completion of a large-scale office environment (~24,000 m²) accommodating approximately 2,500 employees. You will ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor progress of finishing works from planning through to delivery Manage contractors, installers, and external stakeholders on-site Identify and resolve technical and structural issues in collaboration with the project team Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met Report on project progress, risks, and deviations to internal stakeholders Work Environment: You will be part of a Facilities team focused on delivering an optimal workplace environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
