Job Description Are you passionate about maritime technology and motivated by the challenge of optimizing vessel performance? We’re looking for a Fleet Technical Superintendent to join our team in Nootdorp, the Netherlands. You ensure that technical specifications for major maintenance and repair activities are always up to date, enabling rapid preparation of tender documents and timely submission ahead of planned works. You execute maintenance and repair projects within approved scope, budget, and timelines, fully aligned with technical standards. Ranging from Geophysical Research Vessels (DP0/DP1) to Geotechnical Drilling Research Vessels (DP2), you work with complex ship systems, automation, and hydraulics. In this role, you will liaise with the Vessel Management Team, both onshore and offshore, contributing to technical decision-making and performance reviews. Fugro’s vessels are vital to offshore operations, conducting geophysical surveys with sonar and sensors to map the seafloor, and performing geotechnical investigations by collecting and analysing soil samples.
