Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Within a team environment, this position will perform the following responsibilities: (75%) Using established communication protocols and professional standards, assess behavioral concerns and act as a consultative resource and guide for family childcare providers in incorporating Trauma-Informed Care (10%) Strengthen and support effective program implementation by collaborating with internal and external entities Emergency Child Care Program Team: (10%) Serve as a Trauma-Informed Care and program subject matter expert when participating in all relevant meetings and advance expertise through trainings (5%) Adhere to all legal, ethical and contractual requirements regarding child welfare, confidentiality...
