Role: Safeguarding Officer (Temporary - Maternity Leave) Academy: Outwood Academy City Fields: Start Date: 01/07/2026: Salary (Actual Salary): £26,113 to £26,981 Working Pattern: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Plus Five Days Do you have significant expertise in child protection and a dedication to ensuring the health and welfare of young people? As a Safeguarding Officer, you will be pivotal in coordinating safeguarding referrals, managing documentation, and initiating multi-agency interventions to protect vulnerable students and their families. This strategic and hands-on role requires working directly with external agencies and leading the academy’s response to complex child protection issues.
