Campus Recruiter TEMP – (Maternity Coverage) The Role: Have a passion for Campus Recruiting? We are looking to hire a contract/temp campus recruiter to cover maternity leave for our Talent team. This role will oversee end-to-end campus & university recruiting programs across the US and the UK. This role will also assist with ad-hoc recruiting needs and projects for the global hiring team. This will be a 9-month contract position. What you’ll be doing: - Manage all campus programs and hiring processes. - Overseeing the full candidate life cycle - Posting roles - Emailing with candidates - Scheduling interviews with the support of our PeopleServices team. - Ensuring interview feedback is submitted to the ATS, Greenhouse. - Extending offers to successful candidates. - Assist broader recruitment team as needed - Plan Fall campus season (career fair registration, attendance management, and shipping materials) - Manage the Summer Internship Programs (events, feedback, return offers) - Support with onboarding planning and management (start date planning, swag,) - Excellent Collaboration skills, communicating in an open professional, and inclusive manner with candidates and key business st...
