In this role you will have the option to work completely remote from your home office in the United States. If an onsite or hybrid work option is preferred, you will be able to work from our corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, FL or one of our other U.S based offices such as: Kennesaw, GA, Overland Park, KS, Houston, TX, Pittsburgh, PA or Orlando, FL. In this role you will be responsible for supporting and delivering the administration of the Company’s benefit programs across global locations, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role serves as a subject matter resource for benefit offerings by maintaining in-depth knowledge of plan design, eligibility, administrative practices, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
