As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Associate Lead Engine Programmer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect. Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor and coach our Engine team - Assist with recruiting of Engine Programmers - Manage code reviews and code features documentation - Work in tandem with Larian Studios other programming Leads - Assist in maintaining, porting and extending our proprietary engine on multiple platforms - Debug and optimize code to hit quality and performance targets - Show a strong passion for low level coding and a big interest in performance analysis - Complete all tasks in a timely manner and to a consistent high quality standard - Develop well designed software within project schedule to team standards - Show strong passion for making the highest quality state of the art games - Safeguard company assets including source code, art work, tools, technical know-how Requirements: - Demonstrable Lead or Man...
