Summary: ADT is seeking a curious, detail-oriented Digital Analyst to support the implementation, monitoring, and analysis of our digital measurement programs. In this role, you will partner closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection, deliver reliable reporting, and generate actionable insights that help stakeholders understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports in Tableau or similar tools - automate reporting where possible – to support ongoing performance reporting. - Conduct funnel analysis, conversion tracking, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis to identify opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates. - Communicate insights through clear narratives and visuals; provide recommendations that balance business impact and implementation effort. - Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, UX, and Technology teams to define KPIs and measurement plans. - Translate business questions into analysis approaches and reporting requirements. - Support senior managers in...
