Job Description Overview: We are seeking a Right of Way (ROW) Agent to join our team in El Paso, TX . In this position you will support land acquisition, property management, and relocation services for infrastructure and development projects. This role partners closely with project managers, legal counsel, and clients to ensure compliant, efficient, and stakeholder-focused delivery of right-of-way activities. The ROW Agent plays a critical role in representing the client to property owners, tenants, and external partners, while ensuring alignment with federal and state regulations, including the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (Uniform Act). The Role: Reporting to a senior technical professional or manager, the ROW Agent is responsible for executing right-of-way activities across the project lifecycle.
