ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: To serve each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently while adhering to the procedures found in the Guest Service Overview Section of the Operating Standards Manual and the Customer Service and Register Operations Modules in the All Star Training Program ; also obeying Church's Cash Handling Policy. Accomplishing tasks in a timely, clean, and orderly manner. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: I. PHYSICAL DEMANDS (minimum qualifications needed to perform the Essential Job Functions.): - Greet all guests with a sincere smile, making them feel welcome with a cheerful, helpful, and respectful attitude while communicating clearly. - Determine destination of guest's order. - Take the guest's order within the company mandated 60 seconds service time, including suggestive selling when appropriate. - Repeat order to ensure accuracy. - Collect money for the order and deliver the order to the guest, thanking them and inviting them to return (when expeditor is not available).
