About the role: Reporting to the Battlegrounds Director, the Battlegrounds Campaign and Organizing Associate will partner with local Indivisible groups across the assigned state to strengthen grassroots power and support local efforts. This role focuses on training, coaching, and developing group leaders to build sustainable, effective teams to win elections and protect the results. The organizer will manage relationships with leaders in their state, providing critical capacity and support for both local campaigns and Indivisible’s national priorities. A successful candidate will be able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks, especially during rapid response times when goals may shift, and keep calm in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, short-term assignment anticipated to end on or before November 30, 2026. The salary for this position is $80,500 annually, and the role is expected to require 40 hours of work per week.
