The Role: Our HSEQ Advisors are in our remote WA Village to support and advise our hospitality operations teams in keeping our people and guests safe by managing risks, maintaining compliance, and finding ways to ensure adoption of safe working behaviours. You will be assigned to one of our Villages on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth The Ideal Candidate: As an HSEQ Advisor, you will be skilled at managing HSEQ standards. Playing a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and compliance, you will ensure that all stakeholders—whether managers, supervisors, or frontline workers—are aligned with industry best practices and legal requirements. You will bring Safety to life by: Participating in pre-start/toolbox meetings and mentoring team members to make great decisions - Conducting site safety audits and risk assessments - Investigating incidents and implementing improvement actions - Reviewing and conducting risk analysis for tasks and equipment - Maintaining site safety and management systems - Guiding teams to ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and client WHS requirements - Reporting for weekly/monthly HSEQ requirements - Acting as the lead for all ICAM inves...
