Job Description Summary The North America EHS Leader for Wind provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) across all wind operations in the region for work performed as part of Operations, Maintenance & Upgrades (OM&U) team. This role drives a strong safety culture, improves safety performance through data-driven insights, and establishes alignment and structure for a geographically dispersed EHS field team. The position interfaces with customers and contractors to communicate EHS performance and expectations, works cross-functionally to resolve complex issues, and exercises high levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen to achieve outcomes.
