This role supports the organization in driving operational excellence through training programs and initiatives that strengthen the Novelis Operating System (NOS). Additionally, this role enhances transparency, efficiency, and performance across all manufacturing areas by developing, implementing, and driving the site’s Education & Training (E&T) system in alignment with the company’s continuous improvement (CI) programs and projects.
