Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Newark, New Jersey. The Finance Manager must perform several tasks in supporting the Finance Departments operations of the company. The Finance Manager must have strong mathematical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. You will be working with the CFO, overseeing all financial aspects of the company. This would include creating financial statements regarding cash flow, income, taxes, earnings, inventory, investments and help with auditing processes. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for implementing and training existing and new employees in the accounting department. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Input service tickets into the accounting program and maintain accurate records - Maintain client records for invoices and payments - Develop and implement billing policies and procedures - Review accounts receivable weekly, initiate collections and maintain positive client relationships - Work with accounting department on accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and payroll - Generate and accurately process G702/G703 requisition billing in...
