The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the maintenance and safety of the entire property. The Maintenance Supervisor acts as the manager of the maintenance team while performing routine maintenance on the property. This individual ensures the grounds and property hold high curb appeal; unit turns are completed correctly, cost effectively and on time; supplies are ordered, received, and inventoried and risk management assessments are completed.
