The Cardmember Access and Experiences team is responsible for designing and delivering experiences, perks and privileges for Citi cardmembers that differentiate Citi products and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and profitability. The New Benefits Development Lead, Senior Vice President (SVP) will provide strategic leadership for the identification, evaluation, and development of innovative new benefits across Citi's US Consumer Cards portfolio. This role is critical in shaping the future of our customer offerings by leading cross functional teams to translate deep customer insights and market intelligence into actionable strategies. The SVP will drive the entire lifecycle from strategic visioning and pipeline development to executive sponsorship, advanced business case creation, and the establishment of high-impact strategic partnerships. This leader will ensure that all new benefit initiatives are aligned with overarching business objectives and contribute to customer loyalty, engagement, and portfolio growth.
