Location: Geisinger Centralized Logistics & Materials Distribution Center (CLAM) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: No Job Summary: Performs duties responsible for ensuring that all distribution center functions are completed accurately and timely. Provides record keeping of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Responsible for fulfilling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets Geisinger standards for safety, security and productivity. Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Checks outbound shipments for accuracy and readiness of customer delivery. Job Duties: Work is typically performed in a warehouse/maintenance or office environment; may require performance of work within clinical areas. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Frequently required to reach above head, bend, push, pull, stoop and kneel. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
