Utility Mechanic

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Utility Mechanic to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of building systems and utilities to ensure safe and efficient facility operations. 3+ years of utility, mechanical, or building maintenance experience, including the use of hand and power tools and maintenance equipment. Experience with plumbing, HVAC support, electrical, or general mechanical systems preferred. REPRESENTATIVE FUNCTIONS OR DUTIES: - Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on building systems and equipment - Monitor and maintain utility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical components - Follow procedures for the use of tools, equipment, and materials to prevent damage to facilities and systems - Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs, system malfunctions, or upgrades - Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. - Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities - Inspect machinery, equipment, and building a...
