Our team works collaboratively to ensure the community is thriving—partnering closely with subject matter experts and the Service Manager to deliver care and experiences that are meaningful, engaging, and person-centred. About the Role As the Deputy Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. You’ll collaborate closely with the Service Manager and multidisciplinary team to ensure operational excellence, quality clinical outcomes, and a culture of compassion and safety.
