SynergenX, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness, is seeking a Full-Time Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) . Key Responsibilities: Provide hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness care Conduct patient assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and follow-up care Educate patients on wellness, treatment protocols, and lifestyle optimization Collaborate with Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinic protocols Qualifications: Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing Current DEA license or ability to obtain Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work in both Little Rock & Hot Springs clinics Schedule: 32 clinical hours per week Clinical shifts: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Minimum 2 Saturdays/month required: Monday or Wednesday coverage possible with advanced notice, may swap a Saturday or another day as long as weekly hours remain 32 Standard hours: Mon 8–5 | Tues 8–7 | Wed 8–1 | Thur...
