Job Description: An opportunity for a Safety Technician has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Team . Our department is a strategic partner in ensuring that all industrial operations are carried out under the highest safety standards. You will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to protecting our most valuable asset: our people. Your role will be key in bridging the gap between EHS regulations and shopfloor operations, ensuring a safe and sustainable workplace for everyone. RESPONSIBILITIES: The main tasks of the jobholder will be: Support local management in ensuring adequate risk controls and overseeing the effective investigation of work-related incidents (from near-misses to environmental issues). Promote EHS culture across all levels of the organization, from senior management to workshop staff, through awareness campaigns and safety initiations. Coordinate and ensure the availability of relevant EHS training to maintain high safety standards and compliance.
