We are seeking an Architectural Designer II to join our world‑class Property team. This role plays a vital part in shaping complex architectural projects, bringing technical expertise and design insight to every phase—from early investigation through coordinated execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Under the supervision of a Registered Architect, responsible for specific technical design aspects of assigned architectural projects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client’s needs. 2. Provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects. 3. Work under minimal supervision to establish project plans, and execute and coordinate multiple projects, some crossing different functions /disciplines. 4.
