Job description

The Direct Connection(DC) Program Manager is responsible for collaborating with a cross functional team in the development and launch of new products within the Performance portfolio for STLA vehicle nameplates. The selected candidate will work with Product Planning to drive customer-focused performance products on time to market. The selected candidate will enter a fast-paced, energetic team and must be results driven with ability to demonstrate strategic mindset and challenge the status quo. Specific Program Manager (PM) responsibilities include: - Engage a cross functional team in the development and launch of new offerings within the Performance Portfolio for several vehicle nameplates though chairing the team huddles and tracking deliverable to ensure launch timing milestones - Author, Track and Respond to Investigate/Action Bulletins ensuring prompt and accurate responses. - Coordinate activities supporting the Vehicle Platform teams, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Custom Shop, and Quality in order to achieve a common goal for product availability in the market - Assist with developing PC level decks to support DC Performance Parts at the Vehicle Program Appr...
