Your role: - Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team; manage workload, priorities, and performance; - Oversee the full O2C process and ensure accuracy, compliance, and service level achievement; - Manage escalations involving key customers, complex orders, credit issues, and delivery challenges; - Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Finance, Logistics, and plants to ensure alignment and resolve issues; - Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support process standardization; - Ensure documentation quality, audit readiness, and adherence to corporate policies.
