The App Dev – Engineering group within IT is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver enhancements to Protective’s externally facing web applications. This role plays a critical part in shaping solutions, translating business needs into clear requirements, ensuring quality delivery, and supporting systems throughout their lifecycle. The Senior BSA operates independently or as a project/team lead, providing direction across multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery risk.
