Job description

Under direction of the Sr Facility Manager this role works as a team member in an Operations & Maintenance organization that provides a variety of O&M services within a 24/7/365 data center environment. Also provides operational support to include assisting with shipping and receiving activities while ensuring the protection of shipment contents against loss or damage. As a hands-on role, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment is paramount. Additionally, associates may be required to provide customer escorts on an as-needed basis, which could involve after-hours or short notice callouts. Role Summary: The Data Center Operations Technician is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and logistics of assigned facilities. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of critical infrastructure while assisting with shipping/receiving, vendor coordination, and client support activities.
