Position Summary: Aleut Federal is seeking a senior, market-facing technical leader specializing in Salesforce platform solutions to drive digital transformation across U.S. federal agencies. This role operates across the full lifecycle - from opportunity shaping and technical solutioning through capture, proposal development, pricing, and post-award delivery assurance. The successful candidate will serve as a technical authority in client engagements while directly influencing technical win strategies and solution differentiation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce architect who can design mission-facing platforms, lead enterprise implementations, and translate platform capabilities into measurable operational and citizen service outcomes. This is a build, sell, and validate role with clear expectations for growth impact and delivery credibility.
