Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a Full-Time basis in our Geriatric Psychiatry department. The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing assigned aspects of patient care in accordance with the established plan of care and under the general direction of a Registered Nurse. Delegated assignments to this position will be based on orientation completion and competency proof. Position Requirements: - Required Education: Associates Degree. Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program - Required Experience: New graduates accepted. - Preferred Experience: Prior related experience preferred. - Licensure: Currently licensed by the Board of Licensing and Regulation in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse and in good standing. Current BLS Certification. - Non-violent crisis intervention or workplace violence training-every two years on a rolling calendar. - Computer Competency: Basic Computer competency skills are expected for this position.
