Job description
We’re seeking a Director, Promotions to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of promotional initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and long-term player value. This role owns the promotional roadmap across the sports calendar, aligning Marketing, CRM, Product, Analytics, and Trading. You will ensure tentpole events (Super Bowl, March Madness, World Cup, etc.) translate into sustainable commercial outcomes. Responsibilities: - Lead the promotional strategy for existing Sportsbook users across retention, reactivation, and VIP. - Set reinvestment guardrails and ROI targets to ensure promotions drive incremental, profitable growth. - Design and calibrate offers that drive user engagement and growth - Actively manage promotional exposure and risk, particularly during high-volatility events. - Own promotional budget allocation across sports, leagues, and lifecycle stages based on forecasted ROI. - Balance tentpole investment with always-on activity to maximize long-term LTV. - Lead reporting on handle, NGR, reinvestment, hold impact, retention lift, and cohort profitability. - Partner with Finance and Analytics to measure incrementality and payback; reallocate capital deci...
