Department Overview: In our Munich Development Center for high-speed signaling, we develop, test, and characterize industry-leading DRAM memories for high- performance datacenter, AI, automotive, and gaming applications, within an international, highly innovative, and motivated development team that offers challenging tasks and individual creative freedom. Role Overview: We are looking for a DRAM Design Engineer to design and verify digital and mixed signal blocks for next ‑ generation memory products. You will work closely with architecture, integration, and verification teams to deliver high ‑ performance, high ‑ reliability DRAM solutions.
