Description We are seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team at our growing wealth management firm located in Cleveland, Ohio. This visible role reports to the Director of FP&A, works closely with the CFO, and plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and detailed budget-vs-actual (BvA) analysis, while acting as a strong bridge between FP&A and accounting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, extremely strong in Excel, comfortable working with large and sometimes imperfect data sets, and able to translate financial results into clear insights for senior leadership and the Board. Industry experience in wealth management is preferred but not required. This position offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week after initial orientation period.
