Job Description Summary We are seeking a technical, client focused Solutions Engineer – Electrification Software to join our Services/Support team with responsibilities spanning solution implementation, L2–L3 application support, and continuous service improvement. In this role, you will apply your understanding of emerging energy industry trends and their impact on utilities to support Electrification Software deployments across the full-service lifecycle, in alignment with ITIL service management practices. As an ADMS Solutions Engineer, you will design, configure, deploy, and support Electrification Software (including GridOS) applications and data models for electrical network systems. You will ensure data accuracy, system availability, and operational stability by working closely with cross functional teams and customers. This role requires an understanding of electrical network data structures, GIS technologies, and SCADA management systems for Transmission and Distribution systems, as well as the ability to diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues in live environments.
