Process Control Technician/Automation (Night Shift)

Job Description The primary role of this position is to provide oversight for the Automation systems. Essential Jobs and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Report to front line leadership. - Work as a team member to obtain plant & departmental goals. - Recommends tooling and/or machine improvements. - Responds to alarms and takes corrective action involving quality issues, processing, and/or minor machine, mold, and auxiliary equipment repairs. - Effectively communicate with the shift personnel in regard to part quality, equipment, special instructions, corrective action and productivity. - Communicates with other process technicians, shift supervisors and all technical employees on technical issues. - Provide oversight for the Automation systems working with Production and Maintenance personnel. - Provide oversight and support for the IBM vision systems, working with Production and Maintenance personnel. - Exposure to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock & fumes, airborne particles & toxic or caustic chemicals. - Perform routine housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance as assigned/required. - Uphold Safety Absolutes. - Uphold Quality Stan...
