Job Description: Role Overview: As our first point of contact, you will ensure the studio’s technical engine runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve: Frontline Support: Managing the internal help desk, resolving level-one tickets and escalation to our senior team. Hardware Deployment: Assembling, configuring, and deploying high-end workstations and specialised game development hardware.
