JOB SUMMARY: IPG Photonics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our inside sales team for the LightWELD product line, a revolutionary hand-held laser welder that is transforming the traditional welding industry. In this role, you will manage a team of inside sales representatives, oversee the LightWELD Mobile Demonstration Program, and personally engage in direct sales activities to drive growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a high-growth, innovative product line while developing a high-performance sales team.
