Compensation Senior Manager – Front Line Compensation Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company’s Total Rewards organization is currently looking for a Compensation Senior Manager – Front Line Compensation to join their team in Seattle, WA, North Charleston, SC, Salt Lake, UT, Helena, MT or Mesa, AZ. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Project Leader to spearhead a critical compensation transformation project focused on our hourly pay practice. This role will lead the re-design and implementation of a unified, market-aligned compensation structure for approximately 15,000 hourly employees across multiple business units with misaligned pay practices. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration, align initiatives with business goals, and develop a scalable, equitable compensation framework that enhances talent attraction, retention, and engagement. They will possess exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership abilities.
