POSITION OVERVIEW : The Marketing Specialist and Transaction Coordinator will support the branch’s marketing efforts and ensure smooth, efficient loan transactions from contract to closing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to : Marketing: - Create and manage branch marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, flyers, and presentation materials. - Maintain and grow our branch presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. - Implement marketing strategies, in collaboration with supporting Loan Officers, to drive sales operations as needed. - Coordinate lunch and learns with real estate offices and partners to educate on CMG products. - Visit client/realtors to make marketing deliveries - Utilize company marketing platforms to market to past clients and referral sources - Contact clients and business partners to thank, congratulate, and request review of CMG service. - Assist with internal and external event planning - Track and report on marketing activity, engagement, and ROI where applicable. - Ensure brand consistency and compliance with CMG and regulatory...
