The ideal candidate blends hands-on field experience (e.g., BDR or Account Executive background) with strong process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and communication skills. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to ensure processes are efficient, well-documented, and adoptable by diverse teams.
