General Summary Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the planning, design, and execution of capital construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects across the organization's facilities portfolio. This role is responsible for managing multiple project management teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with organizational standards, sustainability goals, and long-term campus or facilities master plans. Serves as a key liaison among internal stakeholders, executive leadership, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring consistent project delivery practices and high-quality outcomes.
