Lightcast is seeking a strategic, execution-focused leader to scale and optimize the product organization's value delivery. The Senior Director of Product Operations role drives operational excellence across product management, strengthens a customer-centric approach, and ensures alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and business outcomes. Major Responsibilities: Product Operations Leadership: Build and lead the Product Operations function to support scalable, efficient product development Establish best practices across the product lifecycle (discovery, prioritization, delivery, measurement) Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success Oversee release management and support go-to-market coordination with Product Marketing Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead planning processes (quarterly/annual planning, OKRs, roadmap alignment) Improve prioritization frameworks aligned to company strategy and outcomes Translate business goals into clear product initiatives Own and optimize Productboard for product insights, prioritization, and roadmap communication Insights & Reporting: Define and track product OKRs, KPIs, and...
