Qualifications: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Restaurant Supervisor for Casanova Restaurant to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests . The ideal candidate will support staff, maintain service standards, and help drive overall restaurant performance. - Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff during shifts - Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly - Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding employees - Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards - Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle cash management and daily reporting - Support inventory control and ordering supplies - Step in to assist team members during busy periods - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality leadership role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Basic understanding of POS systems and restaurant operations
