Position Summary: The Associate IT Research Professional provides support to a growing business and emerging IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing IT support in the following areas: o Support local and remote users o Install software on Windows o Configure employee workstation/laptop configuration o Configure employee accounts / active directory Respond to IT helpdesk tickets: Assist with employee IT infrastructure: - Assist with hardware and software procurement and inventory management - Perform basic system and user administration tasks for Windows Server - Troubleshoot, assemble, repair and configure Intel based workstations, servers and peripheral equipment Minimum Qualifications: - High School graduate plus four years of relevant experience (diverse, progressive administrative) and training, OR an associate degree plus two years of relevant experience and training, OR a Bachelor's and no previous experience required - Two years of expertise in a windows desktop environment - Must be able to work independently and have good customer interaction skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Experience in providing helpdesk funct...
